I have had the same experience as in another post. The owner's billing practices are extremely unfriendly despite her subjective claim that they are for the customer's benefit. She attempts to get customers to order items they do not want. When attemptting to buy a single item, claims they are not sold alone eventhough this is not stated on the website. She has been reported to the Connecticut State's Attorney's office, Department of Consumer Protection and Better Business Bureau on many occasions.initally, she comes across very pleasant and helpful until she begins her sale pitch on her products. She then becomes very pushy and will not take "No!" for an answer. She has obviously made it as difficult as possible to change or cancel an order to get all she can out of you. She has blocked my e-mail so I unable to communicate with them at this time.
I ordered a specific item, but was sent another and now have no simple method to request a refund.
