I placed an online order with Herbal Remedies on 06/11/09. I cancelled the order on 06/11/09 with Maureen. It is now 06/19/09 and I still have not recieved the refund to my credit card even though I was told it only takes them 3 days.
I stay on the phone eating up my minutes for 30 minutes at a time trying to get my money back. I called twice and even left a message on the credit departments voicemail and still have yet to hear from them.
Herbal remedies has extremely poor customer service and will rip you off.
