When i seen the advertisment for ultrafitness pm for weight control, i decided to try it so i gave them a call and i was to recieve a bottle of ultra pm to try for free all i had to do was pay for the shipping and handling.
Boy did i get taken for a ride.in august i was charged for $4.95 for s&h. Then the following month i was charged 44.00 for another bottle on my credit card. I send both bottles unopened back to the company with a letter to cancel everything and to give me a credit.
I did not hear anything again until i called them in november about my credit. They told me they do not give credits they just stop sending the bottles out.
In december i recieved a bill from my credit card company with two charges on it for $24.00 each from this company. When i called them they said it was because they sent me a letter for fitness at my email address.
I contacted the bbb and reported this to them and it was investigated and marked unresolved. So i guess nothing can be done as far as getting my money back
