I have had the same experience as in another post.
The owner's billing and collections practices are illegal.
She will attempt to sell you items you do not want with a subjective claim that they are for the customer's benefit In her attempts to get customers to order items they do not want, she will not take no for an answer. If you do not respond to the increase by email, she will repeatedly call.
Her main scam is that all internet orders become automatic shipments. She then demands a certified letter to cancel future automatic shipments.
When attemptting to buy a single item, claims they are not sold alone even though this is not stated on the website. She will attempt to have you increase your order.
If you have a complaint, report it to the Connecticut State's Attorney's office, Department of Consumer Protection and Better Business Bureau. The Better Business Bureau has requested this. See their website for details.
Remember, she will become very pushy and will not take "No!" for an answer. She will makes false claims, statements and then make wild threats.
She has made it as difficult as possible to change or cancel an order. She will block communication and make threats.
