At first I contacted the Ultra PM website for a sample for $4.95 this was the postage to cover the sample. Then approximately a week later they deducted $24.00 from my checking account by debit card.
They did this again the following month, I contacted my bank and they tried to call their 800 number but only got a response that the phone had been disconnected. So I called them and was able to reach them by waiting on the line for some time.
I asked to cancel the mailings because it was too expensive and that I had not authorized him to make the deductions only for the original $4.95 for the sample. He told me I had not read the fine print that said they would continue to send and deduct $24.00 each month for the month's supply. So asked that they cancel the shipments, and that I had not received any of the product yet anyway.
So as soon as I did this I received the two shipments of the product in the mail plus now they are billing me $24.00 per month for Ultra Life Fitness DVD monthly. I have received the DVD's but I do not want to continue this program, but I can not reach them on their 800 number and do not know what to do. I will again contact my bank and let them know of this and tell them I have filed a Rip off report on the company.
