This company I order from and in a email automatically sent back it said they would send me another email when my items were mailed. I never heard from them for a week.
I emailed them inquiring on my order, they finally emailed me back with a blank letter. I emailed them back again asking what happened to my order and they said they sorry for the delay their email was down.
They finally emailed me saying it was in the mail. This was a week after I had the money taken out of my account and a week after my order. Now I am waiting. If you email this company it may take days to hear from them if you don't get a blank email reponse. I wrote them yesterday telling them my clients were waiting for their products.
I am still waiting to hear back from them... If I do.
I feel its a very poor company to order from if you want your products any time soon.
