I ordered a body for my HPI Blitz online with Don's Hobby Shop in Bothell, Washington (nwtrainsntreasure.com). A couple of weeks went by and did not receive the merchandise. I called them and was told it was damaged and a refund would be issued. Another couple of weeks went by and I emailed them after trying several times to call them. I even left a voice mail. I got a response via email that a money order would be sent. After waiting a week, I emailed again and didn't get a response. Finally, after another week of waiting and still no refund, I contacted the BBB and my credit card company to dispute the charge.
Do not order from them. They will steal your money and not respond to email or phone!
