On Saterday April 21 I ordered the Apache Language CDs. Got a an email thanking me for my order and also got a order #, MB-13711 and that was it, no tracking #, no date as to when I would recive my order.
Emailed [email protected], on sunday May 6 Kenneth Tomkins responded to the email and said." Sorry for the delay, You will have this by Friday latest, will send you tracking this week to. Have a great weekend,
Kenneth." Friday would have been May 11, I recived nothing.
I emailed Mr. Tomkins on May 19th and stated I was still waiting for the tracking # or my order and got no response. Sent another email on May 23 and got a response from someone. He/She stated that the company thay order from went under and that was the reason for the delay, but believe they can still fill my order if not they would refund my money and would do a better job of informing Kenneth.
On May 29 I called the 800 # and spoke with Kenneth. He informed me that they found a diffferent company to order from. Also that they were still waiting and that it would be two weeks for me to get my order. I said ok, thinking that maybe because of the language CDs that I was looking for might be kinda hard to find. But he assured me I would have them in two weeks.
On June 12 two weeks passed and I still haven't recived my order or a refund.
