I ordered items from their website and waiting an extraordinary amount of time before I emailed them (6 months) and asked where my order was. I did not receive an email back. I emailed again and again until I decided to email the webmaster. He got back to me right away and said that he would forward my email to the appropriate person. He did and when I finally heard from her, she said that she was backed up and that was the reason why I haven't received my items. I told her how long it has been and she said she would have to get back to me. I sent her an email saying that I would like my money refunded to me and to just cancel the order. I received an email back saying that my money would be refunded. To date, I have not received any refund either on my credit card or otherwise even though I have emailed that company numerous times to get a receipt for the refund. I would NOT recommend using this company if you don't live in the U.S. As there is a great liklihood that you will not receive your items nor will you see your money again! If you would like to order off of their website and you live in Canada you would be better off sending me the money because at least I will be upfront in telling you that I will send you nothing for your payment and I will not refund you your money.:)
