Ripoff nondelivery of paid orde

I placed an order with mysupplementstore.com in July. I received an e-mail shortly after confirming my order, giving a confirmation number and stating it had been shipped.

I waited several weeks and never received my order. I wrote to them and weeks later received a letter stating that the product i ordered was not available.

I was told there was a replacement product that would be sent if I so desired. I responded that I would like the replacement product. That product was never sent as well.

Three and a half months have passed and there is yet NO order.
I have been ripped off.
