Console shop is a fraud! I sent in an order via the internet. Paid 69.00 for a nintendo DS lite replacement case. I recieved an email the next day that my products had been shipped. I waited and after their instructed 8 business days I still did not get my product. I emaild console shop. After approximatly 5 emails and 2 weeks they finally emailed me back. It has now been over 4 weeks since my order and I still have nothing except an email stating they are working on it with their carrier.
I gave them an opportunity to make it right by telling them to send me a new shipment with a valid UPS tracking number or I would turn it in as fraud to my bank. They responded that they were working on it. I still do not have my product
