We ordered sleep mask product on 10/27. Our American Express was charged for the product that same date. We received an e-mail confirming the order with customer and order numbers also on that same date.
On 11/6 we still had not received the product, but did receive an e-mail advising that the product had shipped. We never received it.
Clicking the link provided in the 11/6 e-mail to track the order took us to Dispos-A-Mask's login page and, upon logging in, and checking "My Account/Order Status" my order does not appear and the order number is not valid.
We have attempted to call the phone number provided, but only ever reach a recording and no one ever returns a call. E-mails to the e-mail address provided go unanswered.
