I ordered five items from mysupplementstore.com and I only received 3 of the items. I called the company the same day that I received the 3 items and they said they would forward my complaint to shipping.
After not receiving anything I called the company 4 more times and emailed them twice. I never received an answer to my emails and each time I called they assured me I would receive my missing items.
Each time I called I asked them to send me an email to let me know the status of my missing items. It's been over a month and I never recieved an emails or my items.
I've been ripped off!
