Refill "mailed" on 2-1-13 and never arrived.
2-15, Customer rep located package at a regional mail distribution center; but could do nothing about it.
Been without meds for 8 days.
Customer rep offered to do emergency refill - only at a CVS Pharmacy.
Not my local one. CVS's closest pharmacy is over 200 miles roundtrip; and they don't deliver this far.
So, I have to wait 15 days from mailing date; have it refilled again; and then sent UPS.
Likely close to a month goes by while my lipid count goes back over 500.
PO'd Doctor called local pharmacy for 30 day supply. Local pharmacy adds $100 discount as a favor. I copay $48.
Transferring all my longterm CareMark meds to the local Rx. I'd rather copay more for an insured supply of meds that will likely prevent a stroke or heart attack.
