I borrowed $8000 for dental work I needed done. After paying back more than half of that, I was charged the "after-promotion" rate on the entire amount that I borrowed. Even loan sharks don't charge you interest on money you don't anymore owe them. This is criminal!
The legislation just hasn't caught up with them yet, but they will. I smell class action suit and criminal lawsuits coming. Beware!!
