I went to get my second refill on blood pressure medicine, only to be told by the Pharmacist, that now I can only get it by mail. Unless I pay them full price for it. This is the 3rd time this has happened. Caremark, does not call or send you a notice, that you are going to have to get your meds through the mail service. They let you find out, right when you run out of meds and need them the same day at your pharmacy. They like to promote themselves on TV helping others, but they treat their own customers like crap. They want you to pay, what is cheaper for them. Wanting you to buy in bulk for a 3 month supply. Alot of us are still in recession and recovering from it and they dont care. Will not work it out with you to buy on monthly bases. This has effected my diabetic medicine and my blood pressure medicine. I told my husband if I die from a heart attack without my meds or diabetic shock... To sue them. I definately willbe writing my state representative on them and to Better Business Burearu. They are cold heartless and dont care about you and your meds. They care about their money and using the media to promote them.
