Complaint / review text:
When I go to my pharmacy, they say that my insurance was cancelled and I have to pay full price. I even requested a mail-in refill from CVS Caremark and they told me that my information has not been updated and they refused the refill. I am on COBRA and pay a lot of money for it. Every month I have to jump through hoops to get my prescriptions paid. I have to pay full price and then go back to the pharmacy and get a refund. To get this straightened out with them has been hopeless. They even telephoned me and told me it was corrected but it STILL has not been. They are hopeless!!!
