Dangerously messing with our health and lives - CVS / Caremark

More often than not, they mess up! We called in an order, which is not fun! It's all voice commands and usually they can't "understand" what you say and you end up repeating and yelling into the phone. Finally the order was placed and we waited the suggested 7 days. We called after a week and they said the order was never placed. We re ordered and went through the same process. Finally we got it sent to a CVS which takes 48 hours. Why? When I call in a script to Rite Aid, which I can do for the first two months, it's ready within minutes. Why does it take two days to get it from a CVS. 2 days later and over 30 minute drive to the closest CVS, we got our scripts. My husband was without his cholesterol med for over a week due to them.
Now we are going through it AGAIN! Called and spoke to a real person and she said it was on it's way. 2 of the 3 scripts were there. We called to inquire about the third and were told there were no refills on it. Why didn't they tell us that when we ordered? And they won't contact my doctor to get a refill, which is my doctor's policy. We have to do it. I have now been one week without my anti depressant.
Someone will eventually be irreversibly harmed by this company. I am scared and we have no way out, unless we want to pay full price out of pocket.
So here I sit, scared to death and without my meds, with no idea if or when I'll be able to ever get it refilled!
