Got confused and could not find product on line. Finally, located something similiar at Sears. Called for help. The service representative (Delores #696246) was wonderful. She was patient, kind, asked questions that were not demeaning! She helped me... And helped me work through my frustrations. She should be given a commendation by Sears (on-line). I
