We visited our Sears store in Wilkes Barre today and were beyond delighted with the service we received from Jim in the Christmas shop. He was wonderfully helpful and informative, but never pressured us into anything. He was fun and friendly. Thank you, Jim! Nobody gives out compliments enough, keep up the good work!
