Horrible experience.
Ashley's just arrived 2 hours and 40 minutes late for the established 4 hour window for delivery (12-4, they arrived at 6:40). To add insult to injury all items were damaged (dents on top, corner, and side) at time of delivery.
Upon calling, the Oak Creek / Milwaukee Manager was obtuse and objectionable at every intersection offering only a 50 dollar gift certificate as recompense (putting more money in their pocket at the expense of the customer).
Horrible service, horrible management, horrible customer service.
