We purchased 2 sofas, coffee table and end table. Delivery was not done within the promised 8-10 weeks. Delivery only happened on part of the purchase in the 13th week and the remainder done in the 15th week. I never got documentation from Guardian (warranty company) even though we were sold the program and had it on the rcpt. I called Guardian and they had no record of our warranty. Calls to Ashley resulted in hours of hold time on the phone. Still not resolved.
