Good furniture, BAD customer service

I've tried contacting the "Customer Service" line at Ashley to get them to come and repair the damage the delivery men did to my furniture. I've called and left so many messages that I've lost count, and all I ever get is a message on my answering machine saying "This is Stephanie at Ashley Furniture. Please contact us to schedule a service appointment." Then, when I try to call back, I'm put on hold for 10 minutes, then finally redirected to their voicemail. They NEVER answer their phone! I even contacted the Homestore service desk, and they sent Customer Service an email for me, but to no avail. I will never purchase furniture from Ashley again because of the Customer Service department (or lack thereof), though I do like the office set and sofa set that they sold me. BAD customer service.
