The sofa we chose was not the one that was delivered. I went back to the store since the store Manager never gave me a call back after leaving her a message. I was willing to exchange the couch for the right one. The sales agent was ready to do the exchange but needed the Manager's approval. She treated me with an attitude and was very rude. She said would charge me a "second delivery fee" to get the right couch! While waiting for her at the front desk, I saw were refunding over the phone a complete delivery fee to a customer whose furniture was on back order. The couch we wanted happened to be on back order too. The Manager wouldn't treat me the same way "discrimination'??? She refunded the money to a client BUT wanted me to pay for a second time. I decided I wouldn't buy from Ashley anymore and requested the full refund. Guess what? She discounted the delivery fee and refused to do a full refund! I called corporate and they are processing the refund for the delivery fee the Manager of the store should have given us in the first place. I would NEVER suggest Ashley to anyone. The customer service over the phone with corporate is not good either. And you have to go back to the store to get the refund for the delivery. Gas and total waist of time.
