The delivery manager of the store located in New York Queens Blvd is the worst person/manager i have ever met in my entire life. I am wondering how did he get manager's job there. He doesn't value their customers at all. Very rude and thinks himself a store owner. I dont feel like going to the ashley's again because of that useless delivery manager and poor customer support system. I should have read the reviews before going there.
