We bought a leather couch sectional from Ashley. The salesman sold us on it by telling us with the protection plan everything is covered. Perfect couch for people with kids and dogs, if it even rips ashley will come and try to fix it, if they cant they will get you a new couch. All lies... We have had the couch for less than 2 years and the leather is pealing off. Like sun burned skin. We called ashley, and called, and called, they of course finally returned the call saying that it was not covered in the warrenty which we payed an extra 300 dollars for. The manager of the store actually told us to put a hole in the couch and than it would be covered. There furniture is cheap, and very poorly made and they do not even back their own products. They are increditably dishonest. Please protect yourself do not shop at ashley
