I perchased a recliner in 2007 and paid alot for a warrenty when I was told if anything went wrong with the chair they would replace it. The warrenty was good for five years. Now they will not honor that. Had I known this was no good I sure would not have bought the warrenty. The chair also has staples that stick out since the day we picked it up and I have cut myself on them several times. I have called and complained but nothing was done. The complaints were made within the first week we got the chair and again shortly after. I have talk to a couple different ones at Ashly that say they will get back with me but no one ever does. I am going to the Better Bussiness and make a report. I am tired of being lied to and ignored. I WILL tell my friends that may be looking for furniture to stay away from Ashley in Anderson. You all lied to me. Besides that, we had to go pick the recliner and load it ourselves. My husband was not able because of heart problems so thank God we had another couple with us. I am tired of this. Lies!!!
