I've previously purchased Ashley Furniture, in another State, and was happy with the customer service, quality of the furniture and the delivery.
The Mall Ring Circle, Henderson, NV store, was totally different. I was iignored upon entering the Henderson, NV store by 3 salespersons. After looking at furniture, I went to the store's Customer Service asking for help. I knew basically what purchases I wanted to make. A salesman was assigned to me. He said, "hello" and disappeared without notice IMMEDIATELY, never to be seen again. I looked at more furniture in the interim. I AGAIN went to Customer Service to ask for help. Be aware I needed to wait at Customer Service each time. I should have walked out. (Hindsight is 20/20).
After 2 weeks waiting for delivery, everything was damaged and needed a return to the store: the furniture was broken, chipped, peeling, scratched and there was glue on the outside of a piece of furniture where they did a sloppy repair on a "new" piece. Making matters worse, the delivery men were upset (understandably) and one made it known to me.
I don't have the replacement furniture yet. It'll be a month total before it arrives.
Please do not go to this ashley furniture store. Customer satisfaction is of no concern.
