I had two recliners and both were defective. One was replace by another defective one. Ripoff

I bought a durapella recliner and the springs broke in the back. The material also became blace where you sat and touched. The company replace it before the year was up. The new recliner did the very same thing. When I called the furniture store they said I had to deal with the company. They told me there was nothing they could do. I paid over 400.00 dollars for a chair that looks terrible and the springs are sticking out the back. I will never buy another Ashley product again!
