My wife saved money for years to buy me a recliner. We received the chair broken, then could not get through to Ashley CS.
Months later someone came out to repair the chair. Two weeks later found a broken spring from the chair. The chair is still broken and lopsided. I am stuck with a broken $300.00 chair that causes me back problems when I sit on it. I would not recommend Ashley's to anyone, ever, ever. Buyer beware!
