I will never spend another dollar at Conn's! This was the first time and the last. The bastards took my cash and contracted to deliver a washer and dryer on 5/2 and called to tell me tonight (5/1) that they do not have the dryer... After I told them they got my business because they had the items in stock and could deliver on the only day I can take delivery.
The limp appology from the manager with nothing else offered to make me a happy customer, indicates to me that this kind of thing happens all the time and they cannot afford to do what reputable businesses would do to maintain customer satisfaction when they screw up. I will never be Conn'ed gain!
