They were quick to take our money, but failed to deliver the entire order. We had to wait 3 weeks and take a day off to accept delivery of the furniture. Theresa knew there was an issue with the delivery but didn't think it was necessary to inform the consumer that there was an issue. Took a day off work and now they want me to take another one? No customer focus at all. They do not want to accomodate the customer for an error on their end — I have received 5 different stories regarding the whereabouts of the missing furniture, each time I call or appear I get a different answer. I don't thinkg the piece was orderd, it will be 6 week total of time from payment to supposed delivery of furniture. We could have had a custom order of higher quality in that time. Super bowl party? Canceled! No furniture. Gave away old furniture as most people do because you cannot fit both old and new in same room. These people do not care about the customer and do not want to do anything to compensate for their error.
