If I could give this place NO stars I would!!! We went to buy furniture here and were told, "We have to tell people that it takes up to 3 weeks to deliver furniture, but it NEVER doesIf you haven't gotten a call within 2 weeks. Call me." When we called at the two week mark, our sales associate, Kathleen, said it had only been two weeks, then got a big attitude over the phone and tried to talk over me when I was trying to explain the situation. When we went to ask for a refund, since we paid cash, we were told that the store didn't have it on hand, but they could cut us a check... That we would get in about a week. So we paid cash for furniture that we never saw and are now going to have to wait another week to get our refund? And when I asked to speak to the customer service department, they just transfer you to another store, not a corporate office. Don't make the same mistake we did. Go somewhere else!!!
