On January 26 I purchased a sofa, loveseat, end tables and coffee table and the fabric protection. I paid for delivary and setup—a total of $1066 with tax in full. I was told delivary would be 6-8 weeks. Well, here we are in week 12, I still have no furniture and Ashly has my money. No one from Ashley calls unless I call them and all I get is the same runaround— "we don't know where your furniture is, hopefully next week". I have asked about getting my money back and was told it would take another 2 weeks, there is also a 30% restocking fee. I would like to know what Ashley plans on doing to make this right. The way I see it you have deprived me the use of my money, which I could have been getting interest on for 3 months or sitting on new furniture when my family was here visiting instead of lawn furniture!
