Our leather reliner headrest is disintergrating. Frank's Goof-Proof plan doesn't protect "regular deterioration". The Mgfr doesnt create the couch anymnore, however they may promote me a brand new headrest for $250 and that I need to get it intsallled. Today the reclining system have to be changed. The fix guy explained they'll contact 24 hours later. Per week later my spouse named them-and they stated they didnt procedure the paperwork and also the component will require four weeks.
