I bought a couch from Bobs to get a Holiday present, all of the sales agents were wanting to assist & hand-me their business cards. It was in December 15th, however awaiting my seat.
First, I had been informed that it had been back-ordered until December 26, I obtained the verification phone, remained home from function & no seat. After being on-hold for 40 minute was informed it'd be delivered February 1st, examined mybobs tracker & it confirmed shipped - wtf
Another long delay & today a brand new day, since itis still back-ordered, no body knows something.
Ostensibly a Holiday gift is turning out to be a Valentine present, therefore unhappy!
