Horrible product and service

I wish I would have reviewed this first. First they hound you like an animal the second you walk in the door. Made us feel a bit uncomfortable. Then they raved about a piece of furniture we picked out to then tell us after we sighn the stupid 48 hour policy (to cancel order) that it is on back order. How do they expect us to like it in our home with 24 hrs if we don't have the product? Two weeks later on the day of delivery they call to tell me the furniture is damaged. I have to wait another two weeks for my furniture. When they arrive all three pieces were damaged. I sent it all back and called corprate. I tell them they have horrible product and I just want my money back. They then tell me I had to cancel with 48 hours of purchase, but I could have store credit. Are you serious??? You are selling crap. I don't want anything from your store. Now I'm getting the run around from everyone. Everyone has told me the policy is crap, but yet they can't give me my money??? Insane how this company hasn't gone under. Now to print a form to send to the BBB. (Silverdale store in WA)
