I bought a Costa 3 piece living room set - it was nice looking and the "pleather" seemed suitable for a family with pets. I asked the sales person if it would withstand daily use and regular cleaning and they said yes. I mentioned the dogs and they said, the warranty would cover just about anything. Well that was not true - the material began cracking after less than 1 year of use, I think the frame is cracking too. We dont abuse it or use harsh cleaners (just stuff for pleather) and I didnt expect marks from dogs to be covered, but there is cracking and peeling in the pleather and when I called the Brick re: warranty they said cracking and peeling was NOT covered for non-leather. They did offer to check the frame, but I decided not to stay home for this, as its not falling apart and the material is so bad, its all just going to be landfill soon. The furniture looks good and is comfortable when you buy it, but its cheap and wont last you even a couple of years - so dont buy it and dont waste your money on a warranty! Its on sale now, so I know others will make the same mistake as me. If you buy anything else and want a warranty, read the fine print and get them to through it in for FREE, they will do that!
