Entertainment unit - defective

I purchased living room entertainment unit from Ashley Plano, TX. The piece was defected. Technician came to my apartment and told me that furniture will be replaced. After 3 weeks Ashley send me another piece of furniture which was old and used one.

I do not expect Ashley to give me old and used furniture while i paid for new furniture. This is causing me and my family very upset.

I guess i wont go to Ashely Store in future to buy anything.
