Furniture purchase experience at Ashley turned into a nightmare. This store chain (according to Store Sales Mgr. New policy implimented) bears no responsibility for completed sales. Responsibility shifts to a corporate office somewhere Maryland. My purchased furniture has a number of defects. I tired to return the furniture to the store, shortly after inspecting the furniture, they refused to take the defective pieces unused and still in the box! Going on 3 months and no solution yet. You have to call them, despite assurances that they promise to return your calls. If I would have known about the above mentioned "New Policy" I wouldn't have made my purchase there.
