Crate & Barrel proceeds to drag-out their customer support problem procedure which my spouse and that I created using their shipping of the problematic Eiffel Seat ($2000) and only a basic poor-egg Streeter Seat ($1200) that rests terribly and it is totally unlike (in fundamental convenience) than any Streeter Seat we attempted in each Pasadena and Rancho Cucamonga shops.

They eventually sent an "inspector" who stated there is nothing wrong using the Streeter — so my spouse and that I are obviously completely "incorrect". When I formerly states, however for importance I repeat myself: this seat does not experience or stay like every additional Streeter seat we have seated in, but we've been "incorrect" within our view of this. That is clearly a fantastic reaction to a person problem. Therefore today, if you want to return it, it'll charge us $250 in "restocking fees."

(I forgot to express in my own Yelp! Evaluation the Streeter appears like it had been made from pig cover. They never do let you know exactly what the covers have been in their explanation. Our islamic buddies may reveal my issues.)

The inspector decided the color/cover downside about the Eiffel seat appeared uncommon, but he deffered view towards the viewpoint of his superiors who'll just begin to see the downside in electronic pictures, not personally. Obviously, hello have not returned to us with this, however.:)

To date Cage & Barrel has lost hours of our period and months of getting furniture within our family room which we can not sit-in as the problem process drags on.

It feels as though they're simply attempting to "delay us out." Perhaps we will simply get exhausted and disappear? I really donot feel so.

What's much more incredible is the fact that we desired to do a great deal of further business together. That is extremely unlikely to occur.

I am floored by Cage & Barrelis cold and inconsiderate customer support. How can they remain in company with "guidelines" and customer support such as this? These were really fast to consider our purchase, but unconscionably base-pulling and demeaning in managing our criticism.
