Crate Barrel proceeds to drag-out their customer support problem procedure which my spouse and that I created using their shipping of the problematic Eiffel Seat ($2000) and only a basic poor-egg Streeter Seat ($1200) that rests terribly and it is totally unlike (in fundamental convenience) than any Streeter Seat we attempted in each Pasadena and Rancho Cucamonga shops.
