It was my very first time purchasing for them. Its been over per month but still no sofa. First attempt, they sent the incorrect point, and so I delivered it back, re-sceduleed shipping. The week of the 2nd shipping, I obtain a phone stating they dont have my sofa in-stock so that they need to postone it more. Today I Have been awaiting 2 hours after dark shipping period of time in order for them to provide my sofa. Obviously, I'm NEVER likely to store here AGAIN. Worst place ever.
