We ordered an expensive stand mixer as a wedding gift, it was delivered but unfortunately not to whom it was supposed to be! We have been working with Crate and Barrel since last Dec. And still it has not been resolved. They keep saying it is being worked on with one excuse after the other. Now it is to late to file a complaint with the credit card company. Has anyone had any success getting Crate and Barrel to resolve their delivery disputes??
