I purchased Couch and love-seat in Sep 2007 from Ashley Furnishings, Woodbridge NJ having a 5-year safety arrange for $125. The support went so poor that its creating me serious back-pain from significantly more than 3-4 weeks. I called-up the guarantee organization plus they claim they don't protect structural problems.
Why was I not informed after I bought the guarantee the architectural problems? Easily was informed about this I'd have bought the guarantee.
The client service is really terrible they wouldn't pay attention to you.
