I bought furnishings worth $ 5000 from ASHLEY FURNITURE this past year in addition to 5 YR WARRANTY. Everything looked good till my leather couch began ripping a couple of months before. From then began my EXPERIENCE using the furniture Organization. Because it has ended annually it's out-of companies guarantee according to them. But I've warranty, which according them doesn't protect this specific deficiency. I've visited the shop and calling the client support but no body is helping me out. I'm preparing to start a using the BBB.
