I'd a bit of furnture I purchased in July and it was broken once they sent it. It still hasn't been changed. I also purchased a leather sofa from their store and acquired the 10-year guarantee. I can't get one to take a look at my sofa. Ashley offers the guarantee after which cleaners their fingers of any problems. I'd never store there again and if you don't would like to get scammed I would recommend that you don't eiter. We've been calling Ashley for all weeks composed characters plus they maintain ingnoring the demand to repair or substitute our furniture.
