I purchased a Lazboy couch for lazboy along with a stainsafe guarantee. The guarantee included repairs when the leather was broken. I submitted a state in November and delivered them anything they requested for within the state procedure. They arrived and required a photograph of the state and mentioned they'd be back again to finish the fix. Well today it is March and first they chose to return my cash simply because they stated the shop I purchased the seat from has gone out of busienss. I named and talked using the store-manager who mentioned no they'renot out-of busniess and so I named and had that fixed with Stainsafe. Then I received a notice from Stainsafe stating my state have been refused since the shop I purchased the seat from wouldn't take part in the "reselection" of my couch since the component to correct was no further created. I named the shop again plus they mentioned this isn't accurate, they've enjoyed in several reselections. I named stainsafe plus they described that la z boy isn't any longer marketing thier item and consequently they'll return my cash however they wont restore my couch. La z boy wont recognize the guarantee they offered in my experience. So far as I'm worried this really is la z boy and stainsafe rejection to recognize thier own items. Do not conduct business with either of those businesses or should you choose purchase furniture not make use of a guarantee.
