Stainsafe is definitely a fraud. I purchased a leather couch and loveseat from Price City Furniture in Indiana on 6/6/08. On 11/20/09 we observed a tear privately of the couch chair which was the result of a nail protruding in the couch body. I called-up Stainsafe and after 20 units about the telephone having a state repetition they explained the state isn't functional because the harm is a result of a production deficiency and it is not protected. I called-up Price Town plus they explained the manufacturer’s guarantee is just good until 12 months in the information of purchase. Price Town consultant explained that “Stainsafe attempts to look for a loophole to refuse your claim”. I had been surprised and that I requested the shop repetition, “If you realize this reality then why can you be promoting this guarantee for your clients? Are you informing me that the next time after I arrived at your shop to purchase an item plus one of one's salesman is attempting to market me Stainsafe guarantee like a best part to possess, they're really laying? ”
I believe it's illegitimate for Stainsafe to refuse such statements and dishonest for Price City Furniture to become marketing this guarantee within their shops being that they are conscious of Stainsafe’s misleading business methods.
