Macy's not honoring manufacturer's warranty and Stainsafe not complying with their service

In January of 07, I named Macyis to inform them of the split in my own fresh leather couch (bought in February 06) and also to inquire about just how to contact Stainsafe. Stainsafe arrived and stiched my couch, but per week later it took again. They returned out and stated they'd need to substitute the whole leather chair and back and substitute with another bit of leather. I requested, because it was this type of big fix and it was my only couch, and it was just one year-old, might Macy's substitute it. The broker stated he'd create it-up. A few months later, I obtained a notice from Stainsafe declaring that my guarantee for this problem might no further be legitimate/resolved since I'd refused support. I've named many administrators at MACYis, such as the government office... They move the dollar to Stainsafe, declaring annually has handed, and also the couch isn't any longer under warranty together. Stainsafe wont I would like to consult with any boss, I can not work through the telephone representative. MACY'S gets my $1,800 and Stainsafe get my money too. I end up getting a split one-year old Italian leather couch. Does this appear reasonable?

I've looked at MACYIS for several years but I'll be shredding my MACY'S card, and pushing everybody I understand to complete exactly the same.
